Gilman Guidelli & Company is committed to serving the needs of our clients long after large construction projects have been completed. With a growing need for ongoing repairs and smaller projects, Gilman Guidelli & Company has launched a Small Jobs division that is exclusively dedicated to service work and small renovations. Staff is already in place and devoted solely to these smaller renovation projects. This will enable us to schedule projects and to dedicate resources more efficiently, while allowing us to provide the same reliable craftsmanship that we have in the past. We believe it will allow us to serve a broader range of projects—from the very large and complicated to the very small.

Our billing will be done on a time plus materials basis, though for larger projects, we could provide estimates. Our overhead and profit on materials and subcontractors is 15%, and our labor rate is $65.00 an hour.
