For us, the relationships formed with clients during construction are lifetime relationships. During the first year of breaking in a new home, there are often items that will need tweaking over the seasons – hardware that loosens, paint which cracks as the trim expands and contracts. Part of our service is to be available and able to address those problems as they arise. Moreover, we are very often asked back into clients’ houses for years to come. As new projects come up and new maintenance issues arise, we try to be a resource for anything which a client might need.

References and word of mouth are our best way to get new jobs, and happy clients are the best way to get good references; but, even more than that, we value the relationships which these projects help forge in a personal way. It is a tremendous opportunity to spend serious time working with people, to be invited into their homes and into the way they live. Our clients often become a part of our family, are invited to our parties, and always remain an important part of our lives. We hope to be an important part of theirs as well.
