This professional grade kitchen was built to house the restaurant quality appliances of its restaurant chef owner. Built into the stainless steel and walnut cabinets are a CookTek induction cooktop – which uses electromagnetic energy – a commercial Rationel convection steam oven, a built-in pasta making station, a pasta cooker, an under counter freezer with tray drawers, as well as Viking wall oven and refrigerator. This kitchen and its owner are featured in November’s Food And Wine magazine.
