Directly next door to the aforementioned Mansard Victorian, this sister house was also completely renovated to extend the house into the rear yard. Inside, custom millwork is designed to match pieces of this era, including a custom butler’s pantry and hutch, and an open kitchen featuring Brazilian cherry floors, marble and wood counters, and a built-in-place AGA stove. Above the new field and blue stone terrace, there is a glass garden room with radiant heat and copper planting sink. A new mansard style two car garage (not shown) was also added to the property.
