This wonderful multileveled shingle house was missing a connection to the steeply sloped and beautifully terraced landscape in which it sat. The open glass conservatory and large deck accomplish that connection, bringing the house out into the yard. The contemporary kitchen features a polished concrete floor with radiant heat and marble tile inserts, and is laid out for double cooking and entertaining. The master bath has a custom mosaic tile border, jacuzzi, and custom painted built-ins.
