This renovation to a lovely Victorian home featured a below grade garage, careful recreation of period exterior details, moldings, and siding patterns. Inside, the building displays a more modern monochromatic palette, with custom oak paneling and casing, a tin ceiling, a stained oak cathedral ceiling, custom kitchen and reclaimed oak floors. Exterior landscape features fieldstone walls and veneer, bluestone steps and local plantings.
